As summer winds down we are sad to say goodbye to our top tasting room staffer and bottler extraordinaire Robin. She’s off to field hockey camp on her second year of a scholarship. We are closed today as we had a forest fire at our home and are still under evacuation. Had it not been for the brave crews at the Maple Bay Fire hall and other local halls, our homes would be gone. There’s a bumper crop of cherries this year so we put on a new product in the fermenters... Kirsch! A traditional 100% cherry distillate brandy.
