Cask 39 – Single Malt Whisky

Cask 39 was distilled from 100% BC malted barley and aged 3 years in an ex-bourbon barrel. Alongside its buttery yellow colour, this whisky boasts notes of sultana raisins, creme brûlée sugar topping and nectarines on the nose, cinnamon toast crunch, candied fruit, rye bread, and cloves on the palate with a smooth and creamy extended finish. This is a limited single cask release bottled in only 375ml.
