Using the same base gin as our award-winning. Wild Blackberry Gin, we then add fresh pressed juice from rhubarb grown at Deere Field Farm in Cowichan Bay and slightly sweeten it with simply syrup (<5%). Fresh juniper and citrus on the nose with plenty of rhubarb on the palate, at 37.5% alc./vol. this gin pairs well with a premium classic tonic. Release limited to 750mL bottles only, 700 total bottles for 2020.
