The Fan Favourite Corn Whisky Returns!

Batch 4 of our cult favourite B-Word Bourbon style whisky is incredibly limited, due to a shortage in the availability of BC grown hard corn. Batch 4 a four-grain bourbon style and is a vatting of four casks: European oak–aged corn whisky, and American oak–aged rye, wheat, and malted barley. we took a uniquely Canadian approach to this bourbon style: rather than creating a mash bill and fermenting all the grains together, we mashed, distilled, and aged each grain separately. This allowed for more versatility when blending. The final whisky is 60% corn, 30% rye, 5% wheat, and 5% malt.
