The Fan Favourite Corn Whisky, Undiluted!
Batch 4 of our fan favourite B-Word Bourbon style whisky, but in a super strong, undiluted, and very limited edition. This four-grain bourbon style and is a vatting of four casks: one each of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. Bottled at natural cask strength of 62.5% abv., this whisky is apologetically strong and flavourful.
We took a uniquely Canadian approach to this bourbon style. Rather than creating a mash bill and fermenting all the grains together, we mashed, distilled, and aged each grain separately. This allowed for more versatility when blending. The final whisky is 60% corn, 30% rye, 5% wheat, and 5% malt.
With only 147 bottles, make sure you grab your bottle (or two) before they are gone!
