The Fan Favourite Corn Whisky, Undiluted!

Batch 4 of our cult favourite B-Word Bourbon style whisky, but in a super strong, undiluted, and very limited version. Coming in at 62.5% alc./vol.,  batch 4 a four-grain bourbon style and is a vatting of four casks: European oak–aged corn whisky, and American oak–aged rye, wheat, and malted barley. we took a uniquely Canadian approach to this bourbon style: rather than creating a mash bill and fermenting all the grains together, we mashed, distilled, and aged each grain separately. This allowed for more versatility when blending. The final whisky is 60% corn, 30% rye, 5% wheat, and 5% malt.
