9. Bookings, Tours, Tastings, and Events

If you submit a booking request or reserve a tour, tasting, lounge experience, or event, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with any booking conditions, capacity limits, timing requirements, safety instructions, and house rules communicated by Stillhead.

We reserve the right to:

reschedule or cancel bookings where necessary
refuse service to any guest acting unlawfully, unsafely, abusively, or inappropriately
enforce age restrictions and identification checks
limit attendance based on capacity, licensing, staffing, or operational reasons

Cancellation, refund, and no-show treatment may be subject to the specific booking terms provided at the time of reservation.

promotions cannot be combined with other offers
promotional codes have no cash value
