Wild local blackberries meets unaged rye spirit. We’re known for our blackberry products and our rye whisky. So we’ve taken fresh wild blackberry juice and infused our unaged rye spirit to produce our Ryeshine. An elevated moonshine like spirit, but fruitier and pleasant. Subtle spice from the un-aged clear rye spirit, united with a sweet and tangy bite from local wild blackberries.

Cocktails
Rye-Shine Sour
2oz Stillhead Rye-Shine
1oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz 1-1 Honey Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters (optional)
Method: Add all ingredients into shaker tin over ice, shake, double-strain. Served up in a small coupe glass.
Served: Up
Garnish: Three Skewered Blackberries
Glassware: Small Coupe or Nick & Nora
