Introducing our meticulously crafted 5-Year Apple Brandy—a seasonal gem making its much-anticipated return this fall! 🍂 Distilled back in March 2020, this exquisite brandy has matured over five years in 113L ex-bourbon casks sourced from the renowned Sonoma Distilling Co. Moreover, the smaller cask size and the warm summer months have led to an accelerated evaporation process, resulting in a brandy that is intensely rich, but also packed with flavor.

Crafted solely from the finest BC Ambrosia apples, each bottle captures the essence of approximately 12 pounds of this flavourful variety. As a result, by distilling down so many apples, we’ve condensed the flavour down to a 375mL bottle of spirit!  On the nose, you’ll encounter a captivating blend of salted caramel, perry cider, lemon meringue, and cloves. When you take a sip, prepare for a delightful journey through layers of apple crumble, cinnamon, and puff pastry, finally culminating in a long, lightly sweet finish with gentle baking spices.
