Tokaji Single Cask

A single cask of rye whisky. Aged for 6 years. Matured for three years in ex-bourbon, and another three years in a cask that once held Hungary’s renowned Tokaji wine, adding layers of rich fruit, honeyed sweetness and complexity.
This special cask was split, with half of it being exported to our importers in Switzerland, and half being released here at the distillery.
