Nose:
Warm vanilla pod and toasted oak rise first, followed by caramelised sugar, honeycomb, and a gentle hint of orange peel. Subtle spice lingers in the background with whispers of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate:
Rich and rounded with layers of toffee, baked apple, and malted biscuit. The oak is present but refined, bringing structure without overpowering the sweetness.
Finish:
Long and warming with soft spice, dark chocolate, and a lingering touch of dried fruit.
